Registered Office related services
A registered office is the registered address of a company. It must be a physical location in the United Kingdom at which official documents can be served. The registered office address need not be the company’s place of business and is often the address of the persons providing company services. The address is on the public register, available to everyone.
If you’re setting up your limited company, or have moved to new premises, you’ll need to notify Companies House of your new address and make sure it appears on certain documents. We can walk you through the process and notify Companies House on your behalf.
We can provide the use of Inca’s address as the Registered Office for your Limited Company. Included in the fee we will also handle any official paperwork that comes through the post.
