Dividend support services for limited companies
A dividend is a sum of money that limited companies can pay out to individuals that own shares in the company (the share holders). Dividends can only be paid if there is profit in the company after allowing for corporation tax, and must be paid in accordance with the share percentage of each share holder. When dividends are due to be paid, a meeting of the board of directors should be held. Board meeting minutes and dividend vouchers must then be produced even if the company has just one director.
We can help you prepare the minutes of your board meetings (even if it was a meeting you had with yourself!), produce dividend vouchers, and make sure you are fulfilling your administrative obligations within your limited company.
