I like and appreciate everything that Inca do for us. I suppose the most important thing is their very personal customer service. It’s the way we hope to deliver our own support, very personal, very friendly and easy-going.

Then there’s the fact that they’re so knowledgeable and professional, they’re a whole well trained team. Similar to my own business, when customers dump all their IT needs on us and say “can you just do it for me”, Inca do exactly the same for all our accountancy needs. They fill in all the forms, file all the tax returns, and take care of any issues that arise.

It means that we save a lot of time as all the things I used to try and do myself I no longer have to worry about. Inca take responsibility ensuring all legal requirements are met and accounts filed, and if they’re waiting for information from us they make sure we supply it so they can complete the job.

They’re very knowledgeable with things like payroll where there are so many legal requirements; we just sit back and Inca do it all for us, then prompt us if we need to do anything, so it really makes our lives easier.

We don’t have to remember to do anything as Inca will always remind us; end of year books, filing, payroll, other form filling throughout the year etc. and they do it all for a fixed monthly fee on a direct debit, so it’s just easy.

Since they’ve been doing our books for the last 9 years, the end of year accounts have been filed earlier than ever before. My previous accountant was excellent for 25 years but Inca are even better.
