Without Amy, my account manager at Inca I’d find it very difficult to make decisions about my business finances.
We were more or less a new start-up at the time we engaged Inca, so keeping good track of the finances was really important, however my previous accountant just wasn’t up to the job, I never understood what he was telling me, and he was really unhelpful. When you’re paying for a service that attitude is unacceptable.
Inca couldn’t be more of a contrast. I trust them with my payroll, annual accounts and bookkeeping. I feel I’m now on top of all of these, but they also give great advice and have been instrumental in helping me successfully navigate workplace pension obligations.
We wouldn’t have been in a position to grow and become a multi-award-winning Interior Design business without Inca. Amy helps me all the time, she puts information in terms I can understand and if she doesn’t know the answer to my questions, she’ll always find out and get back to me.
