Inca are very good at responding. They really do what I need them to do. I feel like they’re always there, when I have a question they answer it, and the advice I get is good and worth what they charge.

I started my business from scratch, I had run a business before so had some rudimentary knowledge, but Inca were really helpful in getting everything going, setting up the paperwork, and giving good advice in how the business is structured and that sort of thing.

I did have another accountant in the past with a previous incarnation of my company; they were a bigger firm but were definitely less responsive. I was recommended to Inca, and the fact that they seemed to understand small businesses was a fit for me. I don’t know that there’s anyone in the accounting industry targeting my niche in heritage conservation, but Inca were able to give the information we needed. Like all accountants you want to feel they’re saving you more than they’re costing you and I definitely get that with Inca.

If they can’t answer right away they call back. They remind me of things that need doing when I forget which is an important service that I value greatly. I’ve only once made use of the training sessions they provide but it was really good. I wish I had time to go to more.

I’ve been really satisfied, completely actually. They’ve laid out the facts when I’ve needed them, and when there’s been judgement calls to make I feel they’ve been prepared to give an opinion that I really value. They’re really good.
