Our Auto Enrolment services if you’re a payroll client

We understand that you may want to save money and manage your business’s Auto Enrolment process yourself. However, if we are your payroll provider there are minimum requirements we would need to provide for you.

The services listed below are the minimum that we will need to support you:

Entry of pension account details into our payroll system

This includes pension provider details, earnings basis and tax treatments.
Entry of employee pension details into our payroll system

All employee monthly pension contributions need to be added.
Entry of new starters into our payroll system

You’ll need to tell us when you have new employees starting and we’ll assess them with regard to auto enrolment, before informing you of their status and adding their pension details to our payroll software.
Entry of leavers in our payroll system

Once you tell us of anyone who’s leaving, we will enter leaving dates and update pension details into our payroll system.
Upload of pension details spreadsheet

We will upload the pensions contributions spreadsheet and send it to you with your payroll, so you can send the information to your pension provider.
